Key Functions:

  • Act as a hydrodynamic flywheel, absorbing pressure fluctuations during water extraction.

  • Reduce the frequency of pump start-ups, thereby increasing energy efficiency and minimizing wear.

  • Work in conjunction with a pressure switch, which monitors system pressure and activates the pump only when needed.

 

When system pressure drops below the minimum threshold, the pressure switch triggers the pump to refill the vessel. Once the set

maximum pressure is reached, the pump stops, ensuring consistent water delivery and optimized operation.
